Last week I had a frustrating revelation about my own video setup. I was making things far too complicated, for no good reason.

In the live stream episode 011, I shared how this happened and what I did to remedy.

The moral of the story is - like with everything else, we tend to sometimes overcomplicate video content. Instead of doing a major broadway production, remember that you can use video in so many simpler ways to engage your audience, follow up with a lead, sell to a prospect, service a customer.

The key is to simplify, and remember your goal to serve.
